Paid Advertising on LivOn is an excellent way to reach seniors.

Visitor Quality

Because of our strict category enforcement, active IP blocking, as well as human reviewed content, we are confident of the quality of our traffic. We know that the majority of our traffic comes from from senior housing principals and professionals.

Advertising Duration

Advertisers often ask how long an ad will stay on the site (campaign duration). Of course that depends on how many months of advertising you buy. We do not sell advertising on an impression basis. All advertising is sold only on a monthly basis. Advertising is only effective if repeated over time. Multiple months targeted correctly will cover a greater audience.

Advertising Rotation: None

Banner advertising on LivOn is designed to achieve the maximum impact. Banners within each active ad zone are not rotated, they are fixed at all times, even during unique user sessions. Each banner ad you place is shown 100% of the time in the same location regardless of the number of times the page is seen.

Advertising Rates

LivOn banner rates are designed to appeal to individual as well as corporate advertisers. Our rates are in line with our traffic and reach. Each month, we evaluate our metrics again and may adjust our rates accordingly. Available zones and sizes may vary from time to time. Available sizes and placements are listed here:

(250 pixels x 250 pixels square, .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG):

•  Cost: $45 per 30-day increment.
•  Cost: $115 per 90-day increment.
• Cost: $185 180-day increment.
• Cost: $325 per 365-day increment.

Advertising Changes

Once you have placed your order, a refund is not possible. However, if you need to replace the original art work (image file) with a revised version, you can change the image on an as needed, but infrequent basis. In other words, we’re happy to change your ad image once or twice, but not every day, or every week. At a future point in time, we will add options so that you can swap the ad images yourself.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

This means that even if you immediately change your mind, you will not be refunded or credited any amount of funds. All sales are final! If you have placed an order and are not happy with the results, contact us and we’ll discuss options. Again, all sales are final!

The one and only exception to our “All Sales are Final” policy: If your paid ad is rejected by iAccess for reasons related to content (imagery) or quality (technical or otherwise), your payment will be refunded, less 5% processing.
